Re: Leaving the body in dreams

I leave my body in dreams and sometimes I’m in other ppls heads but not connected other times I am watching but have no body. Does anyone else do this? There's not a whole lot of information to go off from what you're giving us, but from what it sounds like, this could be voluntary/involuntary drea...

Re: tulpas and the fastest way to make them?

It's not generally a good idea to create tulpas unless it's for a very specific, very serious reason. There really is no 'fast' way to create a tulpa - tulpas are meant to be created slowly with much concentration and specific detail as possible with the right intentions. That being said, I don't th...

Is this really what people experience in SP? That sounds a bit frightening, to the you the truth.
People experience a lot worse in sleep paralysis. Extremely scary things. I very rarely hear good experiences about sleep paralysis. It's definitely not a good time.

Re: Need feedback

Although this is four years old, I did find this on IFLScience, which is a pretty reputable scientific blog. http://www.iflscience.com/brain/brain-scans-self-reported-out-body-experience/ However, they did state that it wasn't an astral trip, but a 'hallucination triggered by a neurological mechanis...

Re: Need feedback

I didn't even see this until now! I think there have been tests done on this, with little or no results. That, or they were inconsistent. I'd imagine reputable scientists would have a hard time testing this, because usually people who believe in astral projection/claimed astral projection, also beli...

Re: The FLOAT Experience

I do remember reading on the site of the place you went to, it does take a couple times to really get the full affect. Which is understandable, since you've never done a float before and aren't used to the surroundings and aren't able to relax immediately. I say meditate on this experience for a whi...

Re: Reverse eye blinking and being really tired

This is what I found on the Dream Views site: "Ok, so for blinking, your eyes are open, but close very quickly and open again, and that's a blink Now imagine the reverse...

Re: Reverse eye blinking and being really tired

I mean, Reverse Eye Blinking is supposed to help with WILD/WBTB techniques. It's not really supposed to help with being tired/not being tired. I mean you can try it, but I doubt it will help you be not tired.

Re: Hypnotherapy Friday (Black Friday)

I think it looks good. The website is professional and I don't really see any red flags that say 'pseudo' or 'in it for the money', y'know? Although, I would like to point out that in the FAQs, it does say, "It is likely that you will feel results after your first float. Your skin will feel soft and...

Re: Hypnotherapy Friday (Black Friday)

I think you just have to do some in depth research about where you're going to do them / get them. Also, watch youtube videos of people doing them and telling their experiences. If you haven't already, that is. And maybe go to some forums and get some references on where to go and how to go about do...
